Why is blackjack playing so different in indian casinos & mini casinos. Like in washinton state 6-8 decks dealer hits soft 17 ? These are hard to play in where we live. Same in there tournaments.

In general, casinos can set their own rules on blackjack. In gaming jurisdictions where there are a lot of casinos and they compete for blackjack players, the playing rules tend to be more liberal then areas which have only a few isolated casinos and no competition. The best you can do is lobby the casino manager for better rules or if it's possible, take your business elsewhere.
