What is the best way to hold the dice to maximize getting the seven on the fist throw?

If you are referring to presetting the dice only, the best way to maximize sevens is the 1364 set. Both dice should be set on the vertical axis for 1, 3, 6 and 4. This eliminates the 5's and 2's on the horizontal axis and actually increases the frequency of sevens being rolled - Great for the come out and don't bettors! You can set this quickly just by setting the 5's and 2's on the horozontal axis of both dice.
