Can you bet on the no pass line or the pass line after the come out roll? and can you raise the no pass line or the pass line bet after the come out roll? I'm not talking about the odds but the original bet?

No, you can not bet don't pass after the come out, sorry. You also can not change your don't pass bet.

You can, however, bet on the pass line after the come out. You also can increase it, but not decrease it.

This is because after the come out the advantage is with the player on the don't pass and with the casino on the pass line.
