Bill: It may seem so, but casinos can't 'flip a switch' to change payouts. There is recording keeping, calling in a slot tech and Gaming Regulations that make it very tough to change a slot's payout %.
Also,remember that basic slots with smaller top jackpots, re: $1000-2500 will pay out more often than the larger 5X payouts of 10,000+ coin jackpots. Gayle.
